4. AI processing of Your Content

To answer your questions and complete your tasks, Puntwork processes Your Content using AI models. Depending on configuration, this processing may happen on infrastructure we operate or through third-party AI-model providers. We do not sell Your Content, and we do not use Your Content to train AI models. We instruct our AI providers not to retain or train on your data beyond what is needed to return a result.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations, including:

Hosting and infrastructure — to run our website and application.
Database and storage — to store your account data and Your Content.
AI-model providers — to generate answers and drafts (where hosted models are used).
Payment processing — Stripe, to handle subscriptions and payments.

We keep Your Content and account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a document, it is removed from your knowledge repository. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data and Your Content, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

8. Your rights and choices

You can manage or delete Your Content in the app, and you can request account deletion by emailing us. We honor applicable privacy rights, including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
